What documents are supported by Metamap?

Metamap supports any government-issued ID from any country, as long as the alphabet is in Latin characters.


Where does Metamap store verification data?

Metamap uses Amazon (AWS) as servers. The company has multiple server locations around the globe (in the USA and European Union) to ensure they comply with local regulations like GDPR.


Does Metamap encrypt the data?

All data is encrypted using AES-256. This includes user selfies, videos, document images, and verification data.


What are the requirements for uploaded images?

Images need to be at least 600x600. The maximum size is 15MB.
