How do I adjust my user settings for RecruiterCloud?

  1. Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the RecruiterCloud dashboard.
  2. From the 'General' tab you can adjust your full name and login email from the 'General' tab. Please press 'Save' when it's finished.

  1. From the 'Outreach' tab on the left-hand side, you can adjust the 'Send Settings' that guide how your Outreach Sequences behave. This includes:
    • Adding an Outreach Email. For more details on adding Gmail, please see this guide: How do I link my email?
    • Changing your 'From' email. This is the name that the recipient will see in their inbox.
    • Changing your 'Daily Volume Limit'. This is the maximum number of emails we can send each day
    • Changing your 'Sending Speed Increments'. Set the number of seconds between each email sent

  1. From the 'Outreach' tab on the right-hand side, you can adjust your 'Set Availability' . This includes setting your 'Available Hours' determined by:
  • Timezone
  • Days of the Week
  • Specific hours during each day
