How do I adjust my user settings for RecruiterCloud?
- Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the RecruiterCloud dashboard.
- From the 'General' tab you can adjust your full name and login email from the 'General' tab. Please press 'Save' when it's finished.
- From the 'Outreach' tab on the left-hand side, you can adjust the 'Send Settings' that guide how your Outreach Sequences behave. This includes:
- Adding an Outreach Email. For more details on adding Gmail, please see this guide: How do I link my email?
- Changing your 'From' email. This is the name that the recipient will see in their inbox.
- Changing your 'Daily Volume Limit'. This is the maximum number of emails we can send each day
- Changing your 'Sending Speed Increments'. Set the number of seconds between each email sent

From the 'Outreach' tab on the right-hand side, you can adjust your 'Set Availability' . This includes setting your 'Available Hours' determined by:
- Timezone
- Days of the Week
- Specific hours during each day
