How do I link an ATS Job to a wellfound:ai Project?

To link an ATS Job to a Project, you must first connect the ATS by following this guide: How can we connect our ATS to wellfound:ai?


Once your ATS is connected, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the project tab in the left-hand toolbar
  2. Click on ‘Add new Project’ from the top right corner.

  1. At the top of the new window, select the job you want to pair from the first dropdown.

  1. In the second field, please name your project.
  2. In the last field, search for job role titles and select all roles that apply to your search.
  3. Press 'Get Started' to save the Project and generate the beginning of your candidate search.
