How do I use 'Custom Summary' to help highlight candidate experience?


The 'Custom Summary' feature highlights specific candidate details based on your request to help you process your search results quickly.


How do I set up 'Custom Summary'

  1. Within the search results, find any candidate card and press 'Custom Summary from the bottom of the card.

  1. In the pop-up window, please write a requirement you want to highlight from the results.
    • For example: We wrote 'Highlight experience with SaaS' to have a quick summary of the candidates history to working at SaaS companies.

  1. Press 'Add Summary'
  2. Once the summary process is complete, a note addressing the prompt will appear for each candidate in the search. This will also show in the expanded candidate profile window.

How do I edit 'Custom Summary'

  1. Within search results, go to a candidate card.
  2. To the right of a current 'Custom Summary' summary, press 'edit'
  3. From the window, adjust or add a completely new prompt.
  4. Press 'Add Summary' to get new highlight results.
