How do I get my API from Greenhouse and connect to wellfound:ai?


To sign up or log in to wellfound:ai, click here.

  1. Click here to go to your ATS page.
  2. In the top right corner, press 'Connect ATS'

  1. You can search for Greenhouse in the pop-out window and select 'Greenhouse' from the options.

  1. Confirm that you are admin at the bottom of the next page.

  1. Review the permissions required for the integration. We recommend setting your Greenhouse integration permissions to 'All'; otherwise, you can follow the matching permissions in this window.

  1. Press 'Next' to confirm the permissions.
  2. Next, you will be prompted to follow the instructions to get your API from Greenhouse. Please follow these steps:
  3. Sign in to Greenhouse
  4. Click the 'Settings' icon in the upper right

  1. Open the 'Dev Center' from the left menu

  1. Select 'API Credential Management'

  1. Press the 'Create New API Key' button

  1. Select 'Harvest' for API Type, add a description and press 'Manage Permissions'

  1. Select the necessary permissions (if unsure, we recommend selecting all)
  2. Copy and add the API Key either to the ATS settings or pass on to your CSM for wellfound:ai Autopilot

  1. Once you have the Greenhouse API return to your RC page and paste the API key here:

  1. Press 'Next'. Now, your connection should be set!
