How do I get my API from Ashby to connect to wellfound:ai?

To sign up or log in to wellfound:ai, click here.

  1. Click here to go to your ATS page.
  2. In the top right corner, press 'Connect ATS'

  1. You can search for 'Ashby' in the pop-out window and select 'Ashby' from the options.

  1. Confirm that you are admin at the bottom of the next page.

  1. Please review the permissions required for the integration and press 'Next'.

  1. To retrieve your API, Sign in to Ashby and visit 'Admin' in the top navigation bar

  1. Press 'Ashby API' in the left-side panel to expand the menu and visit 'API Keys'
  2. Click 'New' in the upper right corner

  1. Add a name for the new API key and press 'Create API Key'
  2. Grant the following permissions to your API key (Write permissions are only required if you intend to send data to Ashby)

  1. Copy the 'API key 'and add it to your ATS settings or email to your CSM if using wellfound:ai Autopilot
  2. Press 'Next' to complete the connection.
