How can I filter applicants in wellfound:ai Applicants?

Filters allow you to narrow down candidates based on specific criteria. You can categorize filters into 'Must-haves' and 'Nice to Haves':

Must-Haves:

  • Candidates must meet these criteria to be included in the list. If they do not, they will be excluded.
  • Example: Five years of experience is set as a must-have filter. Those with fewer years of experience will not appear.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Candidates who meet these criteria are prioritized but not excluded if they don't.
  • Example: Experience with early-stage startups is set as a nice-to-have filter.

How Filters Work:

  • Candidates not meeting must-have criteria are excluded.
  • Candidates with nice-to-haves are sorted to the top of the list.
  • You can see at a glance how many must-haves and nice-to-haves each candidate meets.
