First, you can follow this guide to navigate to AI Applicants here.

Four areas to review applicant information are easily accessed through the Applicants page.

Reviewing Candidate Profiles

Before reviewing candidates, we recommend following this guide to help refine your list and highlight applicants with the most potential.

1) List View

From the list, you will be able to see:

  • Their name
  • Title
  • Must-have and nice-to-have filter results
  • Education
  • Years of Experience
  • Ai Summary of work history

2) Profile View

From the list results, clicking on an applicant's name will open a more thorough view of their application.

  • Resume-Based Profiles:
    • Profiles are built using the resumes candidates submit to the ATS to ensure accuracy. This highlights what the candidate wants to portray specifically for this job opportunity.
  • Company Overlays:
    • Scrolling over the company logo provides additional context about the companies candidates have worked for.
    • Note on Company Matching: Company data is matched by name, which may not always be perfect due to common company names.
  • Included in the full profile view:
    • AI Summary
    • Social Media links
    • Work history with company overlay feature
    • Education
    • Skills

3) Resumes View

You can also look at the original document the applicant uploaded to the job application. Just press the 'Resume' tab below the applicant summary. Reviewing the original resume helps you see how candidates present themselves for the specific role.

4) ATS View

  • Seamless Integration:
    • Click on "View in ATS" to open the candidate's profile directly in your ATS
