How can I review applicants in Wellfound Reach Applicants?


  1. Go to your projects page here.
  2. From your 'Applicants' project section, select the 'Applicants' project you want to review.
  3. From here, our system will automatically sort by 'Good Fit', 'Not a Fit', 'Accepted' and 'Rejected'
  4. In the top section, click 'Edit Filters' and 'Edit Criteria' to personalize the sorting of applicants for your review.
  5. In each fit bucket, you can click on applicants to review their full profiles, which include the original application and supplementary information from Wellfound profiles, as well as company context from Wellfound Reach.
