How does wellfound:ai's Referral Program work?

Help growing companies supercharge their hiring with wellfound:ai and earn rewards when they become paying customers!

We'd love your help connecting with great companies that could benefit from our platform! In exchange, you'll get credits to use toward Wellfound:ai Autopilot or Wellfound promoted job credits!

Your Rewards

When a new customer joins wellfound:ai and becomes a paying customer, you'll get credits toward your future hiring needs:

  • $300 to you and a $500 for your referral
  • $1,000 when they make their first Autopilot hire

How to Refer

Simply email referrals@wellfound.com and CC your referral to make the introduction. We'll take it from there! Once they become a paying customer, you'll receive your referral reward. There's no limit to how many companies you can refer.
