How does the sort feature work in RecruiterCloud search?

RecruiterCloud’s search functionality is designed to help you find the most relevant candidates quickly and efficiently. Instead of a manual sort feature, the system automatically ranks candidates based on several key factors:


  1. Must-Have and Nice-to-have Fulfillment: Candidates who meet both must-haves and nice-to-haves will be at the top of the list, followed by candidates who only meet must-haves.
  2. Response Potential: The likelihood of candidates responding to your outreach is also a factor in their ranking.
  3. Experience Filters: You can use experience-related filters to refine the list, which also contributes to the prioritization of the search results. To do so, open 'All filters' and adjust settings under 'Experiences'

If you’re not satisfied with the initial results, follow this guide to adjust your filters to broaden or narrow the search.
