How does the sort feature work in RecruiterCloud search?
RecruiterCloud’s search functionality is designed to help you find the most relevant candidates quickly and efficiently. Instead of a manual sort feature, the system automatically ranks candidates based on several key factors:
- Must-Have and Nice-to-have Fulfillment: Candidates who meet both must-haves and nice-to-haves will be at the top of the list, followed by candidates who only meet must-haves.
- Response Potential: The likelihood of candidates responding to your outreach is also a factor in their ranking.
- Experience Filters: You can use experience-related filters to refine the list, which also contributes to the prioritization of the search results. To do so, open 'All filters' and adjust settings under 'Experiences'
