What is Wellfound Reach Applicants? And how do I set it up?

Wellfound Reach Applicants allows you to review and process inbound applicants from your ATS using our unique tools. These applicants have applied to your job postings via your connected ATS but have yet to be processed.

Why process your applicants using Wellfound Reach?

Our candidate filtering transcends traditional ATS systems and AI resume screening tools by processing candidates' profiles using a talent graph with detailed company information. This goes beyond simple keyword matching.

Instead, it results in powerful insights into a candidate's background in the context of their previous employers' size, industry, and growth stage. Allowing you to receive superior matching and run expressive, nuanced searches, such as "Find candidates with experience in early-stage startups developing online marketplaces."

By responding to complex candidate criteria that truly matter to your unique hiring needs Wellfound Reach uncovers and highlights qualified candidates that other tools would miss.
