Why can't I upload my resume?

Resumes will not upload if improperly formatted or uploaded through an outdated browser. 

To upload your resume successfully 

1. Make sure to use the latest version of your chosen browser. 

2. Ensure that your resume is a PDF or .txt file and is no larger than 10MB. If you're using Adobe Illustrator, click Save As PDF and choose the preset for the "Smallest File Size."

3. Ensure that the fonts are embedded when exporting your PDF

4. Make sure to use low-medium res images. Using a hi-res image will add to the overall size of the PDF and make it difficult for our system to parse.
