How to begin your job search
1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to https://wellfound.com/jobs from the top toolbar, or click here.
3. You can view your saved searches or start a new search from this page.

How to adjust your job search filters
Here's an example of a fully configured job search.
Role
Choose a role from a set of 50 predefined roles.
Note: we're actively working to increase the number of roles available in search.
Location
Select from locations around the world. Feel free to select multiple if you are willing to relocate.
Compensation
Wellfound's compensation filters allow you to specify your desired salary and/or equity.
Salary
To refine a salary bracket, write a minimum and/or maximum salary amount in the text field. Beneath this section, you can also specify the currency, by selecting from the dropdown options.
When you search without specifying a salary range, all jobs will appear—including those without listed compensation.
When you search with a salary range, only jobs with stated salaries within that range will show. Jobs without salary information will be filtered out.
To include jobs without listed salaries in your filtered search, turn on the "Include jobs with no salary listed" toggle.

Equity
You can also search by equity. To adjust the equity range, drag the blue dots to your specified range.
Filter by the type of work you're looking for (full-time, contract, internship, etc.). If you're looking for senior roles, feel free to specify by adjusting the required experience filter.
Company attributes
Filter by investment stage to only see results at, for example, seed or Series A startup. Filter by the number of employees at the company.
Keywords
Use keyword search for stuff that our structured filters may have missed. Keyword search runs across both job listing and company data.
