When are candidates synced to my ATS? And when are they not synced?

Candidates are synced to your ATS every 1 hour, so you may experience a delay when sourcing candidates on Wellfound Source. Updates to applicants, like changes in status happen every 12 hours.

Please note

• Candidates will NOT sync from a Saved Search if you do not have a the search linked to a job
• Candidates will NOT sync if they have been held back by our Trust & Safety filters, i.e. spam
• Candidates will NOT sync if their work location does NOT match the job's location
• Candidates will NOT sync if their work authorization does NOT match the job requirements

• Candidates who have been pitched will NOT sync until they have reviewed the pitch and confirm interest or "Match" with the role
