How do I bulk accept or reject applicants?

The 'Recruit Essentials' and 'Recruit Pro' plans allow access to the bulk accept or reject applicants tool.

Upgrade by pressing 'Discover Recruit Pro' in the top right corner of your recruiting dashboard and then pressing 'Upgrade' below your plan of choice.

To Bulk Accept Applicants

  1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.
  2. Go to https://www.wellfound.com/recruit/applicants
  3. Each candidate will have a check box to the left of their candidate card. Select all candidates that you want to bulk accept.

  1. Once you've selected all candidates you want to include, at the top of the Applicants page, click the 'Checkmark' for accept.

  1. In the pop-up window, review the default custom template when bulk accepting. If you want to change the template: Select 'Change template' from the window's top right corner. From there, you can select a different existing template from the list, or press 'Add' or 'Manage' to build a new template.

  1. Once the correct template is selected, you can add a calendar link to allow the candidates to schedule a time with you to screen for the job.
  2. Once the correct template and calendar link is added, press 'Accept _ candidates with a message.'

To Bulk Reject Applicants

  1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.
  2. Go to https://www.wellfound.com/recruit/applicants
  3. Each candidate will have a check box to the left of their candidate card. Select all candidates that you want to bulk reject.
  4. Once you've selected all candidates you want to include, at the top of the Applicants page, click on 'X' for reject.

  1. In the pop-up window, review the default custom template when bulk rejecting. If you want to change the template: Select 'Change template' from the window's top right corner. From there, you can select a different existing template from the list, or press 'Add' or 'Manage' to build a new template.

  1. Once the correct template is added, press 'Reject _ candidates with a message.'

Please note the 'Connect your calendar' feature is only available when accepting a candidate one at a time from the 'Accept' button on a candidate card and is not available for bulk actions.
