How do I get started with RecruiterCloud Autopilot?

When onboarding to Autopilot, our CSMs need some initial information to set up your account. I've included below the steps to prepare for a successful setup, which you should share with your CSM by email.

1) Set up our CSMs with a new company email address

In Autopilot, we handle outreach for you. To set this up, please create a new recruiting email with the company suffix to build credibility with candidates.

Please email the new email address and password to our CSM team. Older or stale emails often cause issues with email bounces, so a brand-new address is required.

2) Provide a Scheduling Link

Please provide a scheduling link like Calendly for us to embed in our messages for setting up screening calls.

3) Create a list of example work experience companies

This list should represent the types of companies you prefer candidates to have experience with. It will help our CSMs narrow the sourcing and outreach to ideal candidates.

4) If using an ATS, provide us with the API key

We need the API from the ATS to set up your applicant tracking system integration.

5) Review and provide feedback for calibration profiles

Our CSMs will provide you with an initial list of profiles and ask for your feedback. This process is very important to make sure we know what you're looking for.

6) Review and provide feedback for the outreach messages to approach candidates

Autopilot creates a personalized outreach message sequence based on your job description and company information.

Since we are writing for your company, please review and approve the messages. This also allows you to make any necessary amendments

Only after this is approved will we reach out to candidates for you.

7) Follow up sync with your CSM

After your company's initial launch of Autopilot, you will have a one-on-one meeting with your CSM to review the results. This will help us adjust our sourcing and outreach efforts in the future.
