How do I schedule a call with candidates I'm interested in?

To schedule a call directly from Source

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. In recruit mode, go to Source from the top toolbar.

3. When you've found an ideal candidate to reach out to through Source, click on Request to chat to send them a pitch.

The pitch composer window will show, and you'll see the section Provide your availability at the bottom of your pitch on the right-hand side. From here, choose from the drop-down called 'Select availability' to select a person and duration of time.

Alternatively, you can opt to provide a third-party scheduling link like Calendly instead.

If you use Instant Scheduling, the recipient candidate will see the option to select an available time based on your calendar. This will allow them to schedule directly without needing the hassle of messaging back and forth.

Note that this feature is only available to companies with a Recruit Pro subscription.
