How do I book interviews with candidates?
First, you'll need to learn how to integrate your calendar by following this guide here.
To book interviews with candidates in Track
1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.
2. In recruiter mode, go to Track from the top toolbar or click here.
3. In Track, find the candidate you want to interview and click on their name to open their candidate card.
4. Click on Interviews from the left-hand side of the candidate card. Then select an interviewer from the dropdown.
5. Once added, you can finalize the interview by clicking on Schedule Interview beside the interviewer's name.
6. This launches a scheduling page related to your connected calendar where you can finalize the details and add video conferencing and meeting descriptions.
7. When set up correctly, click Save to finalize.
