How do I hide candidate attributes on Source?

We built Unbiased Sourcing to help recruiters limit the influence of unconscious bias in their sourcing behavior. Please let us know if you have any feedback about this feature at talent@wellfound.com.

To hide a candidate attribute on Source: 

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile. 

2. Go to your  Settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of your recruiting dashboard. Then select Account from the drop-down or click here to navigate directly to your Account page. 

3. Scroll to the  Unbiased Sourcing section; you'll see a list of candidate attributes that you can hide on Source. You'll be able to individually hide their profile photo, name, headline, employer names, role titles, education institutions, and education majors.
