Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Wellfound account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Click on "Templates"
- You will see a tab for "My Templates", "Team Templates", and "Track email Templates"
- To start a new template, press "Create new template" in the top right.
- Choose "Pitch Template" from the dropdown.
- Name your template at the top. We recommend naming it after the related role you are hiring for.
- Answer the guided questions to format your pitch template. Not all questions are required.
- In step #3 you can enter your scheduling link so that candidates can book a call with you after they respond to your message.
- Press "Save Pitch Template"
Tips:
- Set templates based on role and hiring manager to make bespoke templates for your exact needs.
- To save time, you can duplicate a teammate or your own template to start from a previously written copy.
