How do I use Track?

Track is Wellfound's built-in ATS. Track allows you to oversee and manage candidates' progress during the screening process. You can search for candidates by name, view the candidates for specific job postings, and manage the entire hiring from this area.
How do I access Track?
1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.
2. In recruiter mode, go to ATS from the top toolbar or click here.

While in the Track dashboard, you can filter and search to bring up only specific candidates.
How do I filter and search in Track?
Filter by: Job Posting: by searching and selecting from the left-hand column.
Candidate Search: Search for specific names on the top right just to the left of the Status dropdown. When searching for a candidate by name, this will bring up their candidate card on the right-hand side of the page. From there, you can review their stage and related job posting in the top left.
Where can I view applicants in Track?
The candidates visible in Track are either Matched or Pitched and in the screening progress. You can manage them within the Applicants page to move applicants to a matched status. Pitched are candidates that are reached out to through Source.
To view Applicants:
1. From Track, view applicants in the first column called Review, OR you may click on Applicants from the top toolbar of your recruit dashboard or click here.

In the Track dashboard, you'll see consecutive columns called Stages that move from left to right. These columns represent the stages of the screening progress. Track comes with default stages, but you can also add new statuses and manage their behavior.

Move a candidate by dragging and dropping:
Click and hold a candidate name, and then drag and drop them into the appropriate next Stage column.
Move a candidate within their Candidate Card:
In the top left-hand corner, you will find a Stage dropdown.
