How do I specify remote and onsite locations for a job post?

To adjust or specify Remote or Onsite locations for a job post

1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.

2. In recruiter mode, click on  Jobs from the top toolbar or click here.

3. Click  Post a Job from the top right of the left-hand column toolbar

Or to edit an existing job post:

Find a job from the left-hand column, select by clicking on the title, and then press Edit Job on the top right of the job post.

4. Scroll to Location

5. Click on or off under Visa sponsorship (US only) to indicate whether you provide visa sponsorship. This feature is only available to indicate if you provide US sponsorship. If you would like to specify that you would provide sponsorship for another country, please detail this in your job description.

6. Select whether you are hiring In Office, Remote or Onsite, or Remote. Depending on the selection, different fields will open below to help you specify.

In Office Settings

When In Office is selected, you will be able to:

1. Select an option to indicate that you offer WFH flexibility.

2. Select an option for Auto-skip applicants who cannot relocate.

3. Under  Locations, enter by typing and selecting our preloaded locations.

*For In Office locations, we suggest including the cities where any applicable offices are and locations that would be reasonable commutes to help increase your job posting reach.

For example, if your office is in Manhattan, you may include neighboring cities or boroughs that would be easy to commute from, such as Jersey City or Brooklyn.

Remote or Onsite Settings

When  Remote or Onsite is selected, you will be able to:

1. Specify your remote culture by selecting either 'We mostly have an in-person setup' or 'We're mostly distributed.'

2. Under Locations, enter by typing and then selecting our preloaded locations to indicate the onsite locations of your offices.

3. Under Remote Work Details, you can specify where you are willing to hire remote workers by typing and selecting from our preloaded locations.

*Please include anywhere you are willing to hire. It helps to include general locations, such as the names of whole states and countries, but also significant cities, as that will correlate with the variety of ways a candidate searches for roles by location.

Or, if you are open to hiring from any region:

You can select 'Accept remote workers from anywhere in the world'

4. Scroll to  Timezones, then select your preferred regional timezone from the dropdown. Then follow up by choosing a bracket to indicate appropriate collaboration hours for the role.
