How do I narrow my candidate search by desired company size?

To narrow a candidate search by desired company size.
1. Sign in to an account connected to your company profile.
2. In the recruiting dashboard, click on Source from the top tools bar
3. Then, conduct a search. Here's a guide: How do I create a new search for candidates?
4. To narrow the search, click the filter area heading Preferences at the bottom of the right-hand search filter column.
5. In the expanded area, find Company Size from the right-hand column of the Source tool.
6. From here, click the desired company size from the list.
